1. DEFINITIONS

• “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our” refers to Choose Your Driver.

• “Service” refers to the online platform provided by Choose Your Driver to search, select, book, and pay for transportation services including airport transfers, chauffeur services, and rides to tours.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION Choose Your Driver enables users to book and pay online for transportation services in Jamaica. Our services include airport transfers, chauffeur services, intercity rides, and tour-related transportation.
3. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS All bookings must be made through our Website. A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash directly to the driver upon arrival or via an electronic payment system provided by the driver prior to arrival. We accept major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed securely. A confirmation email will be sent once the booking is successfully completed.
4. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

4.0 Customers may cancel a booking by notifying us at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled start of service to avoid losing their deposit. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the service will result in forfeiture of the deposit paid. Refunds of deposits will be subject to any credit card processing fees incurred by us. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days from the date of the refund request.

4.1 Free Cancellation:  Guests make cancel a booking without penalty, if such booking is cancelled 48 hours after booking but before 72 hours (3 days) of service.

5. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS Users agree to provide accurate and complete information during the booking process. You are responsible for ensuring that you are available at the pickup location at the agreed time.
6. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER Choose Your Driver is not liable for any delays due to circumstances beyond our control such as traffic, weather, or force majeure. We are also not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during transit.
7. PRIVACY POLICY All personal data collected through the Website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with applicable data protection laws.
8. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Website and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
